I started by printing the design onto a sheet of A4 photo paper. Then I made an easel base from an A5 card blank, using the fold in the middle as my middle fold on the easel. I cut the folded card down to 18.5 cm wide and 12 .25 cm cutting the open end. I left one side as it is and the other side, I scored at about 6 cm to make the easel
I cut out the three shapes from the sheet. On the largest part of the unscored side of the card blank I added the larger stopper to the bottom part of the card with glue and then trimmed the scalloped sections out with scissors following the shape of the stopper. Then I added inner stopper using double sided foam pads and added that to the card.
Then to the top part of the card I added the main picture using glue, remembering only the bottom part of the design is attached so I added the glue to the top(scored) 6 cm top of the card blank and added the photo paper to that. If you use tape and glue or just glue you can usually reposition to get it where you want it Then cut out the scallops as before.
One thing I would say is keep checking how the easel stands to check which side of the card I needed to add the design elements onto I needed to keep doing it and found as I was making more than one at the time I benefitted form doing each stage on all the cards in one go then moving onto the next step but that could just be me
You may need to reinforce the folds to make the card sit correctly but just give them a firm but gentle press with your hand I truly hope this makes sense I’m sure you’ll find your way which suits you
A really lovely design which will fold flat to post
