Print the sheet out onto thick, good quality cardstock. Cut, score and fold card base. Top score line is a mountain fold and second score line is a valley fold. Assemble the decoupage pieces and mountain fold below the presents.

Adhere tab formed by the fold to the bottom section of the card base. I added a few little extras of rhinestones and feathers. What a lovely birthday card for my little diva. A blank label is provided so you can stamp your own sentiment. A gorgeous, little, card which can be used for a variety of occasions.
