I cut the easel part of the card out, and the main topper and assembled into an easel card. I embellished the snow with glittery flock, and the penguin's hat with silver glitter. I then added the sentiment using foam pads so the card would stand up.

You could decoupage with the remaining image, but I have saved that for another card!
