Print the sheet onto thick good quality cardstock and cut all the pieces out. Fold the rectangular card base as indicated by the markings. Assemble the decoupage fish with foam pads and adhere to the card base where specified.

I added a few small shells on the sandy section of the card and some clear dew drops for air bubbles on the middle section.

I used rub-on letters to spell my sentiment on the provided blank label. A very easy to cut and assemble dynamic card.
