With this design i first went onto the forum to see the instructions , then i printed the design out onto glossy photo card, then after cutting out all the elements, i first made up the designs base scored and folded the tab, then i made up the designs bottle and glasses did this using 2mm sticky pads, then again using sticky pads, attached the bottles to the design base, i placed the balloons on the right, placed a silver congratulations on the blank tag and placed these onto the base, this is a terrific, bright design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
