With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the designs backing paper to the front of my card, then added a blue straight border all round the outside edges, to give the design a framed effect, i then made up the design using all the elements, this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give the dolphins some height, this is a terrific, bright design, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done, this design could be used for most occasions.
