I printed the sheet onto 280 gsm card. I used pre folded silver A6 card. I stuck a shinny, patterned, green card rectangle onto the card. I then cut two strips of double sided foam and stuck it onto the back of the tags and onto the green rectangle.

Glitter to finish.
