What an ideal card to go with a house warming bottle of wine, and easy to make too. I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces, including the hole where the bottle neck goes.

I then stuck the mushroom and sentiment part onto the blank part on the card using sticky foam. All I had to do then was to decide which sentiment to use and place the card onto a bottle of wine.

Simple!
