I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I layered the main image with a white mat and mounted it onto a black base card ...I then added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added a sentiment and a little bow...a lovely design and so quick to make...siutable for various occasions.
