I printed onto 160gsm card and scored before cutting out. I folded and assembled using a wet glue. A gorgeous money or gift card wallet for those occasions when you do not know what to buy for the happy couple.

I printed the sheet onto heavyish matte photo paper, which gives a lovely intense colour, cut out the envelope and scored it where marked.
I used DSST to attach the front to the back on both sides .
