I have made this sheet in to a flat card on this occasion. I printed the sheet out three times on photo paper and cut out all the elements.
I matted the main image and sentiment on black card, and then I mounted the sentiment on white card which I then framed with a gold outline peel off.
I used an A5 base card blank, placing the main image at the top. I used a piece of the backing paper at the bottom and topped it with the sentiment, using foam pads under both the main image and the sentiment.
I used several of the elements from the other two sheets to decoupage the main topper. I put gems on the bows and used a little glitter on the box. A lovely simple card to make.

I have printed onto 280 gsm card and cut out all elements. I printed this out twice and cut out the babies in the box to create a second layer for the design, creating a 3D card.
I assembled the card according to designer instructions and used double sided tape and sticky foam shaped to give a stunning 3D effect.
