Exploding Card Palest Pink RoseCompleted by Lesley Williams

Printed out sheet twice and cut out the elements. Chose an A4 piece of deep pink card to complement the design. Cut a 4 cm strip off one long edge and created a gate fold card with the remainder.

Attached the side panel prints using dst then matted and layered the small square toppers, rounding the corners at each stage.

Picked out swirls on toppers with a fine silver pen. Cut the 4 cm strip in half length ways edged it with silver peel off border and used this as a "belt" around the card, attaching it centre back and at front edges.

Attached a length of pale blue ribbon to wrap around card. Attached toppers using foam squares, leaving ribbon and belt strip running free underneath. Folded the two large squares to make the "explosion" and attached to inside of card with dst. Matted sentiments label onto card and attached to centre back of card with foam pads, leaving ribbon running free underneath.
