Swan Fan and RibbonCompleted by Eve Mcmean

I printed out the design onto quality photo paper, trimmed all parts then scored and folded blue card stock in half, I then glued the base card to the card stock trimming the bottom edges with a fancy punch also shaping all corners.

I scored and folded the fan before gluing it to the base card then attached the ribbon and sentiment using 3d sticky pads.

I finished off with a white strip which I had punched with a fancy punch, peeking out at the base of the card.
