Print off design onto quality paper. Cut out design and stick this onto a piece of contrast paper, measure a piece of White card and stick the design to this.

Fold a piece of Burgandy card for main card and stick the design onto this leaving a small edging exposed around the White card edges.

Build up the fan design onto the main. add two pink gems to bow centre's and four heart shaped gems to corners of main card.
