Robert's Balloon Quick Card with Fan Pyramage TopperCompleted by Helen Jennings

I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out the elements. I built the layers up with foam pads. I added 2 pale blue button brads and 2 small pale blue brads in the corners.

I mounted the topper onto a pearlised blue square card blank with ds tape. Robert is a very cute little character who is perfect for a young boy's birthday.
