I made a base card by folding an A4 sheet of linen textured silver card in half. I printe dthe sheet onto Super Smooth white card and then, after cutting out all the pieces, stuck the base layer towards the right of the card. I stuck all the fan layers in place using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape, and also some blue gel. I printed off some "L" plates in two different sizes. The two smaller ones I tore in half and stuck to the card using glue gel. I took a Llongyfarchiadau peel-off (Welsh for Congratulations) and cut off the first L. I then stuck the first few letters over the side of the larger "L" plate so that this L became the first L of the greeting. The greeting was stuck at an angle on the left side of the card.
The Fan Pyramage style of topper is easy to cut out and put together while still giving a different dimension to a card.
