Elegant Romantic Engagement Fan Pyramage TopperCompleted by Laura Nicholls

This is a lovely card but was really fiddly to do. I printed the design onto light card then mounted the base onto 250gsm cardstock. Then the fun began although I must admit the instructions were really good. The first piece was laid using 3d foam pads.

The rest of the pieces are placed but I used 3d foam pads for the depth but double sided tape just to keep the flat side down.
