I printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out all the pieces. I built the fan up using a mixture of foam tape and ds tape. I stuck the topper to a mat of dusky pink pearl paper, which Ihad sprayed with glitter spray.

I then created a second mat from lilac card and I used a corner punch to make stars in each corner.

I stuck the topper onto this mat at a slight angle and then stuck the complete thing to the front of a pink 8" square card, again on a slight angle.

I added flower gems to the corners and finished with pink and lilac organza ribbon tied around the fold.
