The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of black card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used red organza ribbon, card candy and my Dymo labeller to create a greeting to decorate.
