The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white 6x6 hammer finish square card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a piece of red, white and blue grograin ribbon and a silver brad to decorate.
