The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I usd a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue pearlesent card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used blue organza ribbon and silver music note peeloffs to decorate.
