The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a white 6x6 square card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of purple pearlesent card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used gold musical note peeloffs and a purple grosgrain ribbon to decorate.
