Printed out onto quality semi gloss photo paper, I then cut out all the sections, punched a hole through all layers of the fan and using a brad through all the layers also through the card to hold fan in position.

I then glued the fan down to the navy card and added clear gem stones to the ends of each blade.

To finish of I added Happy Birthday sentiment and stuck on a few silver coloured hearts.
