Fan Sheet FCompleted by Laurie Gerhardt

I assembled the fan using a brad and ribbon and added the extra scroll designs with foam dots. I wrapped blue ribbon around white cardstock and attatched to blue card then added the fan with foam dots.

I added a synsethic flower with a blue brad, an acrylic sticker and three blue gems. The first three blades on top will close to fit into envelope.
