Gem Fan & Stand CardCompleted by Jean-Marie Penny

Printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper. Mounted the plate holder to a 5x7" landscape card blank using a small amount of silicone gel. I then arranged the fan as if held in the plate stand and attached using silicone gel.

I built up the decoupage and added the text ribbon using silicone gel then added 2 gold peeloff corners and a few accents.
