Printed onto matte photo paper, cut out all the pieces and assembled the decoupage with 2mm foam dots.

Matted onto a piece of purple paper with a tiny spot design with double-sided tape, added a large pearl to the fan, attached the ribbon with 2mm foam dots and added a small pearl to the centre, then finished with a silver border sticker and a greeting and attached to a plain white card.
