A lovely card to make, simply use the backing sheet that comes with the print, after carefully cutting out the fan, I held the pieces together with a pale blue star shaped brad.
I then placed the spread out fan at an angle on the card, making a greeting out of matching colour paper and silver peel offs, I finishehd off with silver pel off edges.
