I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and assembled the fan using foam pads on one side and DS tape on the other side of each fan piece.

Onto a gold card base I adhered pieces of paper doilies to form a background and layered the fan and tassel over them.

I used white peel-offs in the corners and faux beige pearls to finish. This lovely vintage image could be used for a lot of different occasions.
