Wedding Bells Fan & StandCompleted by Chrissy Rowe

I printed out on card and cut out all the elements and the design is very easy to cut around.

I only used two layers of decoupage as you can quite easily use the other two layers for another card.

I glittered the wings of the doves and ribbons at base of fan and made up decoupage using foam pads.
