Purple & Yellow Anniversary Fan & StandCompleted by Susan Cummings

The attached two pieces of A4 linen card together, then cut to size. The fan has been attached, at an angle, to white lacy organza. This was then attached to the card. Silver peel off has been used for the corners and the border of the fan.

The hearts, flowers and sentiment have all been decoupaged. Gems have been added to the centre of the gems.
