This is a charming design and much easier to do than it looks. I printed this design onto glossy paper supplied by Crafty Bob and cut out the parts. Cut along the score line in the middle of the card to form a holder.

Fold the 'wings' at the line to cross over at the front. Stick the triangles with 3D foam dots. Stick the 'arrows' back to back and insert in between the small card. Stick the square picture of the card on the front.
