I copied to glossy paper, cut out and cut in half. Turned the bird round and matted to beige card stock leaving a small border for the front and cut 2cm in at the back. Added a strip of card to the back to slot the rest of the card through to help it stand properly and also, fold flat. I layer up two small strips of die cuts colouring them to match the grasses. Added the greeting and coloured small dots as a background.

This is a bright design that will bring sunshine into any day, not just a birthday and adaptable to many shaped cards.
