Cottage Rose Over the Top CardCompleted by Rita Curtis

I printed the cup sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut out. I then stuck the main part of the card onto white card and carefully cut out. I folded it in the middle and layered up the decoupage with glue gel.

I glittered the rose pieces with silver glitter spray before I assembled it. I then added a narrow piece of pink satin ribbon to the bottom of the card and added a tiny pink bow and a silver Happy Birthday peel off.
