A card that can be made quickly by just cutting out and folding in half, but if you have more time, I have included a pretty set of decoupage elements for the topper.

Copied twice on glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements I needed. Covered a white card with pink lace and cut to shape, used d.s.t.. Layered up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. Added extra flowers cut from design and a greeting plate from my kit.
I also added an insert of pink backing paper.
