I used this beautifully designed Valentine card as a Birthday Card.

I printed the sheet on heavy card, folded to create base card, and then printed 2 more sheets on lighter card. I used these 2 sheets to create Decoupage. I layered the decoupage using double sided foam pads. I added a Happy Birthday peel off, printed a verse for inside which I fixed in place using double sided tape.
