I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the decoupage and attached it to the base picture with thin foam tape. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape.
I added some brads from my craft box to compliment the design. I attached one of the greetings to the top right hand corner to complete the card.
