This is a lovely cute fancy shaped card for a new baby with a lovely blue cloudy border around the outside edge.
It has a pastel green inner edged in gold and a white cloudy background with a few scattered stars.
It has a lovely image of a teddy in a nappy floating in the air attached to balloons. The message above reads Congratulations On The Birth Of Your New Baby and I have added toy rings and a baby bottle using foam pads.
It also has a matching image on the back of the card.
