I cut, scored and folded the diamond shape card. Then I glued the 'spring' part to the base......added Happy Birthday (sparkled) and 3 gems on the main graphic. I 3d'd the flowers with pop dots and added a little white glitter in the center of the flowers.
What a gorgeous colour this one is!
