The design has been printed onto light blue card and the top layer of the snowman has been coloured in with white pearlised 3D paint which gives it a bit of texture and a shiny effect.

Silver peel off snowflakes have been added as decoration and Let It Snow in silver is stuck in the bottom right corner.
