I printed this on to 270gsm photo card, cut out and scored where indicated to make a X section. You need to use a strong wet glue to keep the shape when sticking the X part to the base.

I cut out the decoupage pieces and adhered these before sticking to the bottom base, adding the bow ties to top and bottom as shown
