A pretty design that you can glam up. I printed out the sheet onto glossy photo paper and cut and layered the pieces using foam pads. I used a piece of matching backing paper and layered the topper using doublesided tape. I then layered onto my red DL card front.

I added some fancy silver border peeloffs around the toppers edge and then a plain silver border around the backing paper edge. I added a gem to the bow and a clear heart gem under the word Love. I also added some glitter peeloff dots in the corner.
