I used an A4 piece of white card, which I folded in half, then folded one section in half again.

I printed out the design and cut it out. I cut the design in half. Matt and layered both pieces onto shiny blue cardstock.

I attached one to the base of the card and the main image to the front folded section. I applied a sentiment to the front base of the card using raised sticky pads. I added some glitter glue to the design for decoration.
