Sally's beautiful Rose card is so pretty. Suitable for so many special times. The card is quick and easy and very elegant. For this card I did the layering within my graphics program. I cut the "Congratulations" tab and used mounting tape to afix it to the card but give a lifted look. I also added a cream satin ribbon tied in a bow to the side. A very pretty card.
