Cut away the right hand side of the pop up panel, then fixed the entire sheet to grey mottled cardstock.

Scored the folds and then added the simple decoupage. Attached teh sentiment to a piece of white glitter card then added under the pop out panel.

Glitter was added to the white sections on the topper.
