I printed onto glossy paper then adhered it to a white card blank using DST. I cut around the card then scored & folded. I added the pyramagae & greeting panel using 2mm foam pads.

Print the sheet onto heavyweight cardstock for best results,
cut around the edges by following the guidelines on the card,
cut half way round the square topper on the card and fold
