The sheet was printed out onto super smooth white card and the card and pannel cut out. I used a ball tool and ruler to score the fold lines and a craft knife to cut around the right hand side of the pannel within the card.

I folded the card into shape before attaching the second pannel over the pannel within the card. This is a simple card to make but very prety.
