Attached panels to A4 pearlesent card, cut stand out panel and folded card in required places. Make the central pyramid image and attached, highlighting with a little fine straight line peel off.

Placed the Happy Birthday greeting after highlighting with peel off to match pyramid panal.

When around the edges of the main image with a heaver peel off and attached corner peel offs.
