The sheet was printed onto glossy photo card and then cut out. I used a ball tool and ruler to score the fold lines before folding the card into shape. I chose to only add two layers to the card to keep it flat for posting.

I used 1mm deep double sided foam tape to add the complete image with frame and the next layer before putting the blank sentiment pannel in the back at an angle.
