With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base in the centre of a white card, i then added a black straight border all round the outside edges of the design base, to finish i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give some height to the fish, this is a terrific design was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
