Fancy Gatefold Bird & Flowers
This gatefold card is a beautiful shape in a cornflower blue background. With a lilly backing these birds show off their colours and beauty with a stunning effect. I've also added butterflies for the finishing touch.
There are 2 ways to get past the white marks down the side of the card. Either use a backing card of a similar colour. Or use white card and colour the folds in a similar colour before putting the panel on top, then you don't have to be that careful. You could also cover the white area with a border.

I printed this sheet onto Photo paper, I then layered it onto blue card, cutting around the fancy shape of the top.
I added some gold peeloff stickers to make it pop, then added a few butterflies with silicone..
This is the first Gatefold card I have made and I was really pleased with the way it went together so nicely.
I printed the design out onto 200gsm Glossy Photo Paper printing two to a page to make an A6 card as I already had a blank Gatefold Card available.
